1943-2023
Alexander (Alex) Fields, 80 of Moncton passed away
Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Truro, NS he was the son of the late
Donald and Edith (Wood) Fields. Alex was a lifelong horse man and
enjoyed showing his Clydesdales near and far. A highlight for Alex was
showing and winning a Red Ribbon at the Royal Winter Fair. He was an
owner/operator of his own transport for many years.
He is survived by his son John; grandchildren
Brody and Jessie; brother Donald (Mary) of Ontario; good friends Dawn,
George and Brian and by several neices and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Salisbury Funeral Home & Crematorium (506-372-4800).
At Alex’s request there will be no public services.
If desired, donations in memory of Alex to the
Friends of the Moncton Hospital or charity of choice would appreciated
by the family.
