Paul Glaspy Obituary
It is with profound sadness that the family of Paul William Glaspy announce his sudden passing, which occurred on November 28, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born February 8, 1962, he was the son of Jeannette Marie (LeRoy) and the late Michael Carl Glaspy.
Paul was a welder by trade and a member of Local #213, for many years, of which he was very proud. He had a deep love for the outdoors and being on the water. He was known by anyone and everyone along the Belleisle Bay. He could always be found puttering around the camp or farm fixing something. Pauly will always be remembered as a good friend and a confidante who always seemed to have all the right answers for those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Paul loved deep and laughed loud.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his partner Linda Glaspy, sons Christopher (Sarah) and Brendan (April), his God-daughter Sarah Glaspy (Kyle), brothers David (Andriana), Michael (Felicia), and Stephen (Misty), several nieces and nephews Ryan, Jake, Jayme, Cortney, Cayla and Caleb, grandchildren James (Dom), Marissa (Bobby), Nathan, and Aaron great-grandchildren Charlie and Renee, along with the mother’s of his boys Stephanie (Chris’s mom) and Dawn (Brendan’s mom), as well as many of his extended family and friends.
Paul will be deeply missed by all who were touched by his heart of gold.
He is predeceased by his father, Micheal, as well as his brother Lawrence (Larry).
Paul will be joining his special furry friend Tippy Toes and will be furever missed by Buddy the Cat.
Arrangements entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506)-646-2424. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 7, 2023 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Friday December 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
