Margaret Robison Obituary
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Alvina Robison (Price) which occurred on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the Loch Lomond Villa, Saint John, New Brunswick. Born in Saint John on June 10th, 1933. She is the daughter of the late Ralph & Elima Price and the loving wife of the late Harold Robison.
Margaret spent many years working at the old Saint John General Hospital finally retiring at the Saint John Regional.
Margaret’s priority in life was family whether it was hosting family dinners with her children and grandchildren or driving to Barnesville & Norton and Hoyt to visit her Brothers & Sisters.
Marg was the neighborhood mom/nanny to most of the children, loved by them all. There was always a house full of kids that she was taking care of.
She loved spending time in the garden or just sitting with her dogs. She would often sit at the table with a cup of tea and watch the hummingbirds through the window. Visiting Marg, you were always welcomed with a cup of tea and a snack (baked goods) and a good conversation about daily events.
Margaret is predeceased by her daughters Barb Brown, Evelyn Robison-Belding & Carmelita Leger, her granddaughter Krista Gallant, her sisters Nellie Hannaberry, ON, Lois McKinney, NB, Ethel McConchie, NB, Ruth Price NB, Geraldine McKay.
Brothers: Gerald Price, Neil Price.
Marg will be deeply missed by her brother Jack (Judy) Price, her son Bernard Robison, Stacey Denton- granddaughter (Jason), Bobby Adams grandson (Krista Ward), and many grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as her nieces & nephews.
A very special thanks to the staff at Birch House, Loch Lomond Villa who cared for Margaret since June 2020. Their loving touch helped her get comfortable in her new home and left her smiling and giggling with the staff and other residents.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 10:30am.
