Heather Bennett Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Heather Dawn Bennett, which occurred on June 23, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in 1960, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Patricia (Worden) Cook.
Heather’s warm and outgoing personality will be remembered, spreading happiness and love to everyone she knew. Her door was always open and her selfless nature and love for others – especially her family, friends, and members of her special group – will live on.
Heather is survived by her son Arthur, and the apple of her eye, her grandson Chase, as well as the father of her son, Ken Bennett. She is also survived by her siblings Bob Cook (Carolyn), Paul Cook, Philip Cook (Ida), Sharon Brown (Lloyd), Nora Goldsworthy (Stephen), many nieces and nephews, and great friends.
In addition to her parents, Heather is predeceased by her siblings Pearl “Cookie” Kyle, Geraldine “Deena” Sproul, John Cook, Patricia Nice, and Judy Cook.
In keeping with Heather’s wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. Remembrances in Heather’s name can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
