Donald Lockhart Obituary
The family of Donald Scott Lockhart, loving husband of Michelle (Little) Lockhart, are heartbroken to announce his passing which occurred on April 12, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Saint John, NB, October 12, 1968, to Helen (Downey) Lockhart and the late Douglas Lockhart.
Don was a truck driver, having worked most recently with Russel Metals Inc.. He enjoyed sports and was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins. He enjoyed all things outdoors like hunting, fishing and biking. Beyond everything he loved and cherished his family.
Besides his mother, Helen, and his beloved wife Michelle, he is survived by his daughters, Sadie and Leah, his brothers, Ron (Lisa) and Darren (Charlotte), his sister Cindy Lockhart (Doug),his parents in-law Malcolm Little(Janet), his brother in-law Matthew Little (Diane), his best friends, Rob, Derek and Craig, and a host of extended family including, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care unit along with Dr. Love, Dr. Wildish and Dr. Caines.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home (506-646-2424) with visitation from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Remembrances made to the SPCA, or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
