It is with sadness we announce the passing
of MaryAnne Crossman, age 86, of
Middleton, NB. MaryAnne passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 at the
Drew Nursing Home, Sackville, NB.

Born and raised in Dorchester NB, by the late Harry
and Annie (Anderson) McCabe.

MaryAnne was employed with the Royal Bank,
Dorchester, NB for years before deciding to resign and stay at home to
raise her 5 boys. MaryAnne did return to the workforce later in life
and worked in the dietary departments at both the Sackville Memorial
Hospital and at the United Church Home for Senior Citizens (Drew
Nursing home) then transitioned to office work for Fundy Environmental
before retiring in 2010.

MaryAnne was an avid volunteer with the Dorchester
Branch of the IODE and attended the Anglican Church in
Dorchester.

She was a lady who loved to look her best. She was
always well put together with matching jewelry; she loved fine china
and a cup of tea with a scotch cake cookie. She always had to be on
the move and certainly enjoyed driving her PT Cruiser to
grandchildren’s sports and activities.

MaryAnne appreciated country music and being
surrounded by her family, especially her boys. She enjoyed
entertaining and was very generous to all she came in contact with and
was known best for making homemade pies and her famous family
Christmas dressing.

She will be dearly missed by her family including
and her 5 sons Kevin Crossman, Middleton, NB; Karl (Kim) Crossman,
Dorchester, NB; Kendall Crossman, Middleton, NB; Kent (Cindy)
Crossman, Sackville NB; Kerby (Line) Crossman, Sackville NB and
grandchildren John Taylor, Edmonton, Alberta; LeeAnn (Calum) Hardie,
Middleton, NB; Kody

Crossman, all of Sackville NB; great granddaughter Freya; 2 great
great granddaughters Lily and Lucy; her sister Shirley Buck, Sackville
NB; and
special friend Debbie Wiggins Colwell as well as several nieces and
nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd; grandson
Tyler Crossman; sisters Gladys Copp, Betty Colwell Margaret Adshade,
and Dorothy Nelson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to
the Jones Funeral Home, 70
