Torry Hawthorne of People’s Park Tower, Moncton
formerly of Riverview, passed away on May 18, 2024 at The Moncton
Hospital. Born in Petitcodiac, NB, she was the daughter of the late
Ora and Mamie (Stultz) MacKenzie.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Aside from her parents, Torry was predeceased by her first husband Leo
LeBlanc, brothers, Donald, Stewart, Harold, Jack and her sisters,
Doris, Jean and Joan.
Torry leaves behind her husband, Fred Hawthorne; daughter
Sharon (Bill) Hawthorne, son Donald (Diana) LeBlanc, grandchildren,
great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes there will be no visitation or
funeral. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007). Interment will take place in Fair Haven
Cemetery.
