Robert Paul
“Bob” Price of Moncton passed away peacefully surrounded by
love on July 8th, 2024. Born in Midland, Nova Scotia on March
20TH,1952 he was the son of the late Sgt.
William Andrew and Winnifred Price.
He will be sadly
missed and fondly remembered by his daughter Lynsey Price Synek
(Christopher Synek) of Texas, son Kristopher (Tara), their mother
Carol O’Hanley, his brother Mike and grandchildren Brooklyn
& Charlotte of Riverview. He will also be sadly missed by his
partner Brenda Rolland, her children Natalie Rolland (Luc Richard) and
Trisha Rolland.
Aside from his
parents, Bob was predeceased by his brother William
Allan.
Bob was an avid golfer
and woodworker; he loved to travel and listen to live music. As a
successful entrepreneur, Bob was the founder of Conquest Sports and
later the founder of Integrity Home Health Services.
Bob was appointed
President of the NB Home Support Association, President of the Moncton
Golf & Country Club, Director on the Board of the Greater
Moncton International Airport & Exalted Ruler of the Elks Club
where he was a 35+year member. Bob always fought for what he loved. He
was a trusted friend, wonderful parent, and caring
grandfather.
As Bob’s
favourite song would say “Angels come down from the heavens just
to help us on our way” and he was fortunate to have received this
help with excellent caregiving from the staff at the ProTem Memory
Care facility in Moncton.
All are welcome to
join his family for a Celebration of his Life to be held on August
27th, 2024, at the Moncton Elks Club from
3:30pm-7:00pm.
Arrangements are
entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation
Center, 330 Whitepine Rd. Riverview (506-869-2007). In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to Golf Canada Association Junior
Golf program ( www.golfcanadafoundation.com/junior-golf/)
or a charity of the donor’s choice.
