Mabel Hoar passed away at Monarch Hall on Friday, December
20, 2024. Born in Germantown and a lifelong resident of Riverside
Albert, she was the daughter of the late Ewart and Stella (Doherty)
Tingley.
Mabel worked at The Albert County Hospital for many years
prior to her retirement. She was a lifelong member of the Riverside
Albert Baptist Church. Mabel will be dearly missed by her children;
Pam Steeves (Glendon), Cathy MacFadyen (Dave), Phyllis Hoar, Gareth
(Jacqueline) and Donald (Alma), sisters; Dorothy Dixon, Gloria Enman,
Luella Armstrong, Ruth Dornan, brother, Cyril (Mary), her cherished
grand children; Shane, Andrea, Brett, Allison, Scott, Mitchel and
David, 11 great grandchildren as well many nieces and nephews., She
was predeceased by her husband Donald, a son Vernon and brothers;
Peter and Wayne.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to
her devoted caregiver Debbie Glidden and all the wonderful staff at
Monarch Hall.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007) on Monday December 23, 2024 from 2 – 4
PM. Donations to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated by the family
