Obituary of Kenneth Alec Greene
Kenneth Alec Greene of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, May 6, 2024 at the age of 75 years.
Born in Halifax, NS he was a son of the late John Ralph and Florence (Schurman) Greene. Kenneth enjoyed over 40 years as a mechanic for Mercedes Benz, retiring in 2019. Kenneth enjoyed flying model planes, wood working, he had quite the eye for photography and above all he loved time spent with his family, especially his grandkids.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Debbie (Turner) Greene; sons, Christopher Greene (Jennifer), and Adam Greene (Bev) both of Riverview; grandchildren, Liberty, Kellen, Elisha, Raven, Isaac, and Anna; sisters, Barbara Murphy of Brookfield, NS, and Ronaye Martell of BC; brother, Jerry Greene (Aline) of Shortslake, NS; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, John Michael Greene.
A memorial service will be held at Fergusons Riverview Community Chapel on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11AM with Pastor Dan Britton officiating.
Donations in memory of Kenneth to the Heart and Stroke foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
Funeral arrangements have entrusted to the professional care of Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview.
