Kenneth Melvin Barrett of Moncton passed away on June 17,
2024 at his home. Born in Toronto, he was the son of the late Kenneth
and Edna (Bain) Barrett. He had been formerly employed with CPR and
was Regional Manager and former sales rep for White
Elna.
He was a beloved husband and father. He will be
dearly missed by his daughter Linda Barrett-Daleo (Peter) of Hamilton
and his sons Leonard Barrett (Heather) of Wellington, Matthew Barrett
(Leslie) of Hamilton, James Barrett of Hamilton and Sam Barrett of
Moncton, and grandchildren: Sarah, Emily, Luke and Timothy;
great-grandchildren: Taylor, Bruce, Brook, Liam and his
great-great-grandchild…… as well as a sister
Katherine Floyd of Toronto and several nieces and nephews. Besides his
parents, Kenneth was predeceased by his wife Joan, daughter Beverly
and sisters Mae and Louise.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (506-869-2007). Donations can be made to a charity of
donor’s choice.
