Grant Huntington of Riverview passed away unexpectedly on
Saturday, January 6, 2024. Born in Campbellton, NB., he was the son of
the late Cecil and Melvina (Flowers) Huntington. He was a crew
dispatcher with CNR retiring following a 33-year career. Following his
retirement Grant took up woodworking which he truly enjoyed as well as
playing pool with the CN pensioners.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Barbara (Mason),
daughter Vanessa Huntington; granddaughter Ashley, great grandchild
Oliver, brother Percy; sister, Ann Daigle as well as his extended
family of nieces and nephews. Besides he parents, he was predeceased
by a brother John.
The family will be receiving relative and friends at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation enter, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007) on Thursday, January 25,
2024 from 1-3 pm, with a time to share stories and
memories at 2:30 pm. Donations made to Carma Cat Rescue or the Albert
County Food Bank would be appreciated by his family. Online
