William “Billy” Wilson, 70, long-time resident of Pine Glen, NB, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 with his loving wife Carol at his side. Born in Pine Glen, NB, he was the son of the late Stanley and Anne (Hunter) Wilson.
Billy worked over 40 years with the Town of Riverview Recycling Depot and for many years he was self-employed. He was a Jeff Gordon NASCAR fan, loved to socialize with his friends and family, enjoyed walking the dogs and spending time tinkering around the homestead.
Billy will be sadly missed by his loving wife of over 50 years, Carol (LeBlanc); his daughter, Carrie Wilson, his son, Ryan Wilson; cherished grandchildren, Jackson Wilson and Jasmine Lowe; brothers, Jonnie and Wayne Wilson; his four-legged companions, Bella, Bruma and Lavanya; many extended family members. In addition to his parents, Billy was predeceased by his brother Raymond.
A Celebration of Billy’s Life will be held from the family homestead in Pine Glen at a later date. Billy’s arrangements have been entrusted into the professional care of Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (5068581995).
