Raymond Gautreau, 78, of Moncton, passed away on Monday
January 8, 2024 at the Villa du Repos. Born in Moncton, he was the son
of the late Alfred and Zélica (Breau)
Gautreau.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marguerite
(Fournier); three daughters: Monique LeBlanc (Daniel) and Nicole
Gautreau (Rob), both of Moncton, and Micheline Gautreau (Kevin) of
Riverview; four grandchildren: Sophie, Luc, Samuel, and Victoria; one
sister, Jeannette LeBlanc (Roger) of Dieppe; one brother, Jean (Ella)
of Irishtown; as well as his nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother,
Yvon.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the
funeral service will be celebrated on Monday January 15 at 11 am.
Visiting hours are Monday from 10 am until time of funeral service.
The funeral service will be streamed live; to view the funeral, go to
Raymond’s obituary on Frenette Website. Interment will be at
Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Raymond, a
contribution to the Alzheimer Society or the Friends of The Moncton
Hospital Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated.
