Marino Sut, 88, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday December
16, 2023 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Marignana di Sesto Al
Reghena, Province of Pordenone, Italy, he was the son of the late
Mario and Maria Luigia (Farret) Sut.
Prior to his retirement, Marino was a tile
installer.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Corinne (Gallant);
one daughter, Dina Sut-Rouble (Greg) of Moncton; two grandchildren:
Tyler Luddington and Ava Luddington; one brother, Padre Pietro Sut of
Italy; and one nephew, Paolo (Elena) of Italy.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, Lisa
Sut-Luddington; and one brother, Ernesto Sut (Lina).
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the
doctors, nurses and support staff of The Moncton Hospital for their
exceptional care and attention provided to Marino.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on
Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C. Church, 858 Mountain Road, Moncton,
on Thursday December 21 at 11 am. Interment will be at Our Lady of
Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Marino, a contribution to the
Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (cardiology and pulmonary)
would be appreciated.
