Lynda Comeau, 75, of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday October
15, 2024 at Hospice SENB Albert House. Born in Bathurst, she was the
daughter of the late Georges and Augustine (Comeau)
Lagace.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gary Comeau; one
daughter, Janice (Bernard Cormier); one sister, Louise Wafer of
Bathurst; one nephew, Tim; her sisters-in-law: Roseline of Beresford,
Ghislaine of Moncton, Elva (Ralph) of Bathurst, and Yolande
(Jean-Marc) of Beresford; her brother-in-law, Jean-Marc (Annie) of
Beresford; as well as her nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude towards
Dr. Mohammed Harb, and the staff at the oncology department of The
Moncton Hospital and the Blanche-Bourgeois Extra Mural, as well as a
special thank you to her family doctor, Dr. Carole Deveau. We greatly
appreciated the wonderful care provided to Lynda.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation
and no funeral service. Interment will be in Sacré-Coeur
cemetery, Bathurst. In memory of Lynda, a contribution to the Friends
of The Moncton Hospital (oncology) would be appreciated. Funeral
arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, Moncton (506-858-1900).
