Grande-Digue, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvon Goguen, 78, on Monday, March 18th, 2024, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in Halifax, NS, he was the son of the late Ephreme and the late Germaine (Vautour) Goguen.
Prior to his retirement, Yvon worked in construction. He was an avid pool player.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannine (Robichaud) Goguen; by his son, Steven Goguen (Francine Arsenault) of Grande-Digue; by his grandchildren: Josée, Ashley, Mélanie and Stéphane; by his great grandson, Bryson; by his sister, Gabrielle Cormier (Raymond) of Notre-Dame and by his brother, Valerie Goguen (Nicole) of Leominster, Mass.
Visitation will be held from Passage, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB, (506) 532-1050, on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, from 2 pm to 3:45 pm, followed by the service in the chapel at 4 pm.
In Yvon’s memory, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
