Shediac, NB – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paulette Toole, 73, on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Calhoun, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ida Lirette.
She is survived by her soulmate, best friend, and husband of 54 years, Robert Toole; her daughter, Rhonda (William) of Moncton; her two grandchildren: Justin (Paris) and Jonathan; her four great grandchildren: Melanie, Madelyn, Mariah, and Max.
Paulette was known for her strength, her laughter, and her feisty yet loving nature. A lover of camping, she was a long-term seasonal resident of KOK Campground where she made many close friends who became like family. An avid traveller she delighted in visiting many southern vacation destinations prior to her illness.
Paulette fought a courageous battle with serious illness for many years in a sacrificial attempt to remain by our side. Her absence is like the sky, spread over everything.
Visitation will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge)
on Friday, July 19th, 2024, from 1pm until 2pm.
Followed by the funeral service at the funeral home chapel at 2pm.
Donations in memory of Paulette can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
