Shediac, NB – It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Guy LeBlanc, 81, of Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of St-André-LeBlanc, who passed away on Sunday, March 24th, 2024, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in St-André-LeBlanc, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar and the late Corinne (Cormier) LeBlanc.
Prior to his retirement, Guy worked with Dan / Ron Concrete Foundation. He was an avid fan of the Montreal Canadiens and during is stay at the Villa Providence, he enjoyed playing bingo and listening to live music.
He is survived by his daughters: Nathalie Cormier (Chris) and Nadia LeBlanc, both of St-André-LeBlanc; by his grandchildren: Joshua (Bradley), Megan, Océane and Liam; by his fur babies: Lexie, Ruby, Charlie, Griffin and Panzer; by his sisters: Murielle Després (Donald Boudreau) and Maria Gaudet, both of Cap-Pelé, May Basque (Gilbert) of St-Isidore and Rose LeBlanc of Moncton; by his brother, Raoul LeBlanc (Nicole) of St-André-LeBlanc, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister, Regina and by his brother, Roy.
No Visitation will be held prior to the service.
Funeral mass will be held from Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila RC Church, Cap-Pelé, NB, on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, at 3:30 pm.
