Donald J. Boudreau, 85, of Moncton, passed away on Friday
December 27, 2024, at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, he was
the son of the late Frank and Victoire (Melanson)
Boudreau.
He is survived by his wife for 58 years, Adèle
(Martin); one son, Michel “Mike” (Renette) of Saint-Antoine;
one son-in-law, Michael Belyea of Fredericton; his siblings: Eva
Malcolm (David), Anna Christenson, John (Carol) and Francis
(Marcelle); sisters-in-law: Enid Boudreau and Célia
Boudreau; two grandchildren: Alexandre and Tristan; three
step-grandchildren: Michael, Jessica and Alexandra; as well as several
nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Lisa
Belyea; siblings: Jeannine Hodgson (late Louis), Violet Dickson (late
Jim), Nora Downey (late Jerry), Paul Boudreau and Alain
Boudreau.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) from where
the funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday January 2, 2025, at
4 pm. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 pm until time of
funeral. In memory of Donald, a contribution to The Friends of the
Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
