Diana Lee Beers, 55, of Irishtown, passed away suddenly on
Thursday, December 19, 2024, in the comfort of her home. Born in
Amherst, NS she was the daughter of Marjorie Clark (Arsenault) and the
late Alan Clark.
Diana worked in daycares for many years and eventually owned
and operated Rainbows and Dreams Daycare for 30 years. She loved all
children and will be greatly missed by the many children that she took
care of over the years.
Besides her mother, Marjorie and her step-father, Delbert
Dunham; she is survived by her husband of 34 years, Gerald Beers; two
children: Alex Beers (Amy Beers) and Katelyn Beers (Tony Geldart); her
six precious grandchildren: Nevaeh, Paisley, Ashton, Sadie Lee, Bowen
and Brenna; as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins, adored nieces,
nephews and friends whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900), on Friday,
December 27 from 1pm to 3pm only. A Celebration of Diana’s
life will be held on Friday, December 27, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at The
Grand Ivory, 2814 Route 490, McQuade, NB. Interment will take place in
St-Lawrence O’Toole cemetery, Irishtown. In memory of Diana,
a contribution to a charity that benefits children would be
appreciated.
