In loving memory of Carol Florence Doiron (Whalen)
January 15, 1944 – March 01, 2024.
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Carol Florence Doiron (Whalen) 80, of Moncton, who passed away peacefully Friday, March 1st, 2024, at the Moncton Hospital with her family by her side. Born in Kent Junction on January 15, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Arthemise Whalen.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Eloie; daughters, Darlene (Jonny) and Jocelyn (Tom); grandchildren, Melissa (Adam), Jeremy, Jerek, Trisha (Chris);great grandchildren, Madison (Matt), Hunter, Shayla, Eloise and Henry; and great-great grandson Colsen; sisters; Gladys and Linda (Bobby); brothers Eddie (Carol), Billy (Karen), Ralph (Gail), Norman and Larry (Audrey), as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Eileen, May and Myrtle; Brothers, Camille, Harry, Albert, Kenneth, Roger, Edgar and Ronnie.
Carol lived a life she loved. Her family was her pride and joy. She loved kids and her grandchildren brought her so much bliss. She enjoyed spending her days watching Days of our Lives, crocheting, knitting, gardening, going to the dollar store and cooking chicken fricot, homemade bread, and her famous fudge.
Carol left such an imprint on everyone she encountered. She will be deeply missed.
In honouring Carol’s wishes there will be no service. A visitation will be held on Monday March 4th, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, (506-858-1995) Moncton.
