Obituary
Aline LeCouffe, 92, passed away peacefully at Pavillion Richard on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Born in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Gracieuse (Arsenault) Essiembre.
Aline enjoyed reading, playing cards, Scrabble and Mexican train. She loved time spent at her cottage or trailer, whether it was sitting on the beach or enjoying a bonfire. But most important to her was time spent with family. Her family will remember her quick wit and their many laughs together.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Jacques (Diane), Richard (Denise), Gilles (Lise) and Ginette Landry (Stephane Dallaire); grandchildren, Marc, Michel, Denis, Dominique, Joshua, Jonah, and Jackson; great grandchildren, Sofiya and Ameliya; as well as extended family, several nieces, and lifelong friends.
Aline was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gregory LeCouffe (2009) sisters, Evie, Estelle and Lynn; and brothers, John and Paul.
In keeping with Aline’s wishes, cremation will take place, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (506-858-1995) have been entrusted with arrangements.
