Noel Henry Larry, of Natoaganeg (Eel Ground), passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2024, at the age of 74.
Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late Joseph Kenneth Larry Sr. and Clara (Bernard) Larry. He worked as a Fishery Guardian and also Security for Natoaganeg.
He will be greatly missed by his children Clara Barnaby-Larry of Eel Ground, Talbot Barnaby-Larry of Burnt Church, and Trevor Murphy of Halifax; six sisters Rena Larry, Linda Sock, Margaret Larry, Sandra Williston, Mary Bernard, and Ann Jepson all of Eel Ground; one brother Vincent Larry (Ysia) of Eel Ground; granddaughter Evelyn; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Joseph Kenneth Larry Jr., Richard Larry, Frank Larry, Lemmy Larry, and Raymond Larry; sister Dorothy; granddaughter Leighton Jemma; and stepson Teddy.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 10 am, from St Joachim’s Roman Catholic Church, in Eel Ground.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to the Miramichi SPCA.
