C’est avec le coeur lourd que nous annonçons le décès de Morgan Frank Doucet, le samedi 7 octobre 2023, à l’hôpital régional de Miramichi, à l’âge de 18 ans.
Née à Miramichi, le 11 avril 2005, il etait le fils de Glen et Carolle (Mazerolle) Doucet. Il a gradué en 2023 de l’ecole régional de Baie-Sainte-Anne et aimait être entouré de sa famille et de ses amis. Morgan a laissé une impression sur tous ceux qu’il a rencontrés.
Morgan manquera beaucoup à ses parents Glen et Carolle Doucet de Baie-Sainte-Anne; ses oncles Randy Doucet (Debbie) de Baie-Sainte-Anne, Shawn Chiasson (Kristin Hay) de Baie-Sainte-Anne, Keith Chiasson (Ashley Hennigar) de Baie-Sainte-Anne, Dennis “Mickey” Mazerolle (Anike Caissie) de Saint-Antoine, et Donald Mazerolle (Anike Babin) de Saint-Louis; ses grandparents Frank et Andrea “Déa” Doucet, Alida Martin (Sherman Thompson), Zoel Chiasson (et sa fille Nicole), et Aldeo Mazerolle (Lucille Ferrari); son neveu Nixon McKinnon; Mme Hélen qui a été à ses côtés pendant 13 ans; et de nombreux cousins, amis et membres de la famille élargie.
Les visites auront lieu au Salon Soeur Blandine Martin le vendredi 13 octobre, 2023, de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h, et samedi 14 octobre de 9h à 11h. La messe des funérailles auront lieu à l’église Sainte-Anne, Baie-Sainte-Anne, le samedi 14 octobre 2023, à 11h, avec Père Joseph Thuong.

Morgan Frank Doucet, of Baie-Ste-Anne, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the age of 18.
Born in Miramichi, he was the son of Glen and Carolle (Mazerolle) Doucet. He graduated from École Régionale de Baie-Sainte-Anne in 2023 and loved spending time with his family and friends. Morgan made an impression on everyone he met.
He will be greatly missed by his parents Glen and Carolle of Baie-Sainte-Anne; sister Danielle Gallan of Cape Breton; his uncles Randy Doucet (Debbie) of Baie-Sainte-Anne, Shawn Chiasson (Kristin Hay) of Baie-Sainte-Anne, Keith Chiasson (Ashley Hennigar) of Baie-Sainte-Anne, Dennis “Mickey” Mazerolle (Anike Caissie) of Saint-Antoine, and Donald Mazerolle (Anike Babin) of Saint- Louis; grandparents Frank and Andrea “Déa” Doucet, Alida Martin (Sherman Thompson), Zoel Chiasson (and his daughter Nicole), and Aldeo Mazerolle (Lucille Ferrari); his nephew Nixon McKinnon; Mme Hélen who was by his side for 13 years; and many cousins, friends, and extended family.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Soeur Blandine Martin Slumber Room (Sainte-Anne Roman Catholic Church) in Baie-Sainte-Anne, on Friday, October 13, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm, and on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 9 am until 11 am. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 11 AM, at Sainte-Anne Roman Catholic Church, with Father Joseph Thuong officiating.
