Lois Catherine (Clowater) Russell, of Doaktown, passed away surrounded by her family, at Percy’s Place, on Monday, December 16, 2024, at the age of 91.
Born in Ludlow, NB, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Janet (Dudley) Clowater.
She will be greatly missed by her children Wendell V. Russell, Graham Russell, and Shelma Bailey; three sisters Ruby Hovey (Late Everett), Patricia Nash (Late George) and Judy Clowater; five grandchildren John Russell, Tanya Russell, Timothy Russell, Mandy Plimmer, and Terri Gallant; ten great grandchildren Keatan, Breanna, Avery, Jordan, Jesse, Carter, Trista, Mikaila, Rorie, and Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Wendell G. Russell; three brothers Boydie (Joyce), Murray (Pearl), and Gene (Valerie); and her grandson Tyler Russell.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church, in Doaktown, on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 12 pm to 2 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm, with Pastor Ron Carroll officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church, or to a memorial of one’s choice.
