Jason Henderson, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, in Moncton, on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the age of 51.
Born in Miramichi, he was the son of John and Sandra (Knowles) Henderson, and he worked in construction as a labourer.
He will be greatly missed by his parents John and Sandra Henderson of Sunny Corner; two daughters Randi Henderson of Miramichi and Kelly Smith Henderson of Halcomb; son Jacob Henderson; two brothers Robert Henderson (Raven Carroll) and Timmy Henderson (Courtney Kyrgsveld) both of Miramichi; seven grandchildren Robert Anderson, Michael LaRocque, Matthew LaRocque, Randy Anderson, Joey Legacy, Adeline Stewart, and Oakley Connick; and three nephews Aiden Henderson, Colin Henderson, and Brandon Henderson.
At the family’s request, there will be no visitation. A private family service will take place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one’s choice.
