Gérald Robichaud de Baie-Sainte-Anne, Nouveau-Brunswick, est décédé paisiblement à l`Hospice Miramichi, Nouveau-Brunswick, le 2 février 2024, à l’âge de 78 ans.
Né à Baie-Sainte-Anne, au Nouveau-Brunswick, le 18 avril 1945, Gérald Robichaud était le fils de feu Dosithy et de feu Mary Margaret (Mazerolle) Robichaud.
Gérald était un homme très apprécié, qui aimait être en plein air et chasser avec sa famille et ses amis. Gerald était handicapé par la polio depuis l’enfance, mais il n’a pas laissé son handicap l’empêcher de profiter de la vie.
Gérald laisse dans le deuil ses deux frères: Reginald Robichaud (Terri) de Moncton, NB, et Félicien Robichaud (Lucille) de Moncton, NB; ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux. Outre ses parents, Gerald a été précédé par ses frères: Norbert Robichaud, Jérôme Robichaud et John Louis Robichaud; ainsi que ses soeurs: Mary Martin, Odile Duthie, Florida Martin et Melinda Carroll.
Un service funéraire aura lieu au cimetière catholique romain de Sainte-Anne, à Baie-Sainte-Anne, à une date ultérieure au printemps.
En guise de témoignages de sympathie qui sera apprécié par la famille, des dons peuvent être faits à une œuvre de bienfaisance au choix du donateur.

In Loving Memory of Gérald Robichaud
1945-2024
Gérald Robichaud of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully at Hospice Miramichi, New Brunswick, on February 2nd, 2024, at the age of 78.
Born in Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick on April 18, 1945, Gérald Robichaud was the son of both the late Dosithy and Mary Margaret (Mazerolle) Robichaud.
Gérald was a very well-liked man, who loved being outdoors and hunting with family and friends. Gérald was disabled by Polio since childhood, yet he did not let his disability impair his ability to enjoy life.
Gérald is survived by his two brothers: Reginald Robichaud (Terri) of Moncton, NB, and Félicien Robichaud (Lucille) of Moncton, NB; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Gérald is predeceased by his brothers: Norbert Robichaud, Jérôme Robichaud, and John Louis Robichaud; as well as his sisters: Mary Martin, Odile Duthie, Florida Martin, and Melinda Carroll.
A graveside service will take place in Saint-Anne Roman Catholic Cemetery, Baie-Sainte-Anne at a later date in the spring.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of donor’s choice, and would be appreciated by the family.
