Betty Ann (Doyle) Laurin, of Doyle’s Brook, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at the age of 82.
Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Doyle. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 42 years, training with the nuns at Hotel Dieu. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Billy Doyle and James Doyle; infant sister Theresa Doyle; and sister Rita LeBlanc.
A funeral service will take place at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Anthony Das Papu officiating. All are welcome to attend the reception following the service. Interment will take place at St Edward’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, in Chelmsford.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Miramichi Regional Hospital CCU or Palliative Care Unit, or to the Miramichi SPCA.
