Obituary of Thomas Edwin Grover
Thomas “Tom” Ewin Grover, of Oromocto, NB passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the age of 73. Thomas was born in Fredericton on March 6, 1951, the son of the late Edwin and Theresa (Madore) Grover.
Tom will be forever loved and missed by his loving and devoted wife Joachlyn (Heagney); daughter Stacey (Brent); son Sean; brother Laurie (Debbie) Grover; brother-in-law David (Stacey); sisters-in-law Gail (Claude) and Linda (Donald); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Edwin and Theresa and a sister Ann Ferguson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Oromocto Funeral Home. A Celebration of Thomas’s life will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, beginning at 11:00 am. After the service, interment will take place at the Oromocto Pioneer Gardens Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Oromocto Legion Branch 93.
