Obituary of Roger Snow
It is with profound sadness that the family of Roger Snow announces his death, on April 17, which occurred at the Veterans Health Unit, Fredericton.
Roger is survived by his wife of 69 years, Anne Snow (Acheson); his daughter Cindy (at home) and his son Gary (Sherry), Lincoln; his grandchildren Sabrina, Bradley and Ashely Snow; and great grandchildren Dalen and Cameron Snow, Jaden McGeelen, Arianna and Jordan Goodwin and Zackary Staples. His brother, Ronald Snow, resides in Saint John, NB.
He was predeceased by his parents Alyre and Irene Snow and baby Kimberly Snow.
Roger served for twenty-seven years with the Royal Canadian Air Force, retiring at Base Gagetown in 1979, and taking up residence in Lincoln, New Brunswick. He was a very active parishioner and supporter of St. Francis of Assisi Parish as well as local and provincial Knights of Columbus.
Visitation will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church on Saturday, April 20, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Sunday, April 21, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11:00 am with Fr. Callistus Abazie as celebrant. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church with cheques made out to St. John Paul II Parish.
