Alphee loved being surrounded
by family and nature. Known as Peper to many, he was an avid gardener
blessed with a green thumb that could make any plant or crop thrive.
Alphie loved spending time in the woods hunting and fishing with his
friends, sons, and son-in-law. Alphee also enjoyed working with his
hands and had a knack for “MacGyvering” something out of
nothing and making it work. A quiet man. Reserved. Composed. Old
fashioned in all the positive connotations of the word, Alphee was
also quick with a wink or a prank on those he held dear. He will be
greatly missed.
Alphee’s family
would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff and
caregivers in Tower 1 at York Care Center for their care and
compassion.
Visitation will be held at
Bishop’s Funeral Home and Crematorium (540 Woodstock Road,
