TOTH, Imre Gyule
The passing of Imre “Jim” Gyule Toth of Fredericton , NB , husband of the late Brenda (Brooks) Toth, occurred on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Born on January 5, 1942 in Ullo , Hungary , he was a son of the late Imre and Ilona (Csorba (Krausz) Toth.
Jim is survived by his children, Brenda-Gail Toth (Kevin Churchill), Jamie Toth (Elianna Valenzuela Farias) and Jerry Murphy (Tina Baker); step daughter, Amanda (Porter) Russell; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; siblings, László Krausz of Hungary, Irene Leland (Leonard) Blacks Harbour, NB and Anna Gázsó of Hungary; nephew, Adam Leland and several other nieces and nephews.
Besides his wife and parents, Jim was predeceased by his grandson, Dante Toth; sister, Bobbi from Hungary ; and an infant sister.
In keeping with Jim’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Interment will take place in Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery , Fredericton , NB at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Fredericton (Palliative Care Resource Network Inc.), Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to a the charity of the donor’s choice.
