Moncton, NB – It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Serge Doucet, 45, on December 4, 2024, at the Moncton Hospital.
Serge adored his family and friends and lived a full life, always putting others first and offering a helping hand whenever needed. His smile and laughter could light up a room, and his kindness and sense of humour will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Serge was a true Montreal Canadians fan, and enjoyed recording his podcast Habs with Dads with his father and other guests.
Serge will be sadly missed by his parents, Raymond and Lilianne Doucet; his loving partner, Véronique Noël; his two children: Raphaël and Mélodie; his sister, Marie-Josée LeBlanc, his brother-in-law Serge; his nieces and nephew: Madeleine, Charlotte, and Gabriel; his stepchildren: Raphaël and Ysane Mallet; as well as the mother of his children, Angèle Babando.
In respect to Serge’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date forfamily and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the IWK Hospital, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
The family invites you to sign a book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca.
