Joseph Conrad Lurette, 66, passed away peacefully in Dieppe, NB on Monday, October 28th, 2024.
Conrad, also known as “Coco” by those closest to him. He was the youngest of 18 siblings and was loved by many. His wife of 43 years was the love of his life. Conrad was the most amazing and supportive father. An Incredible and hardworking man, he was charming, kind, clever, a great storyteller, the life of the party with a heart of gold.
Survived by his loving wife: Diane Lurette; his 2 daughters: Tanya Johnson and Katie Filipo Da Cruz (Luana); his granddaughter: Khyanna Johnson as well as his brothers: Aurele Lurette (Juliette), John Lurette (Rose-Marie), Denis Lurette (Suzanne), Yvon Lurette (Lilianne), and his sisters: Lorraine Raymond (late Jean Marie), Dorice Levesque (late Alcide), Corinne Belanger (Robert), Armande Levesque (late Ronald), Adrienne Thibeault (Roger), Aurela Lurette (Clement); his in-laws: Omer Landry, Veronique Lurette, Ronald Derepentigny and by many nieces and nephews.
Conrad was predeceased by his parents: Ernest Lurette and Belzymire Lurette nee Pitre; his cherished siblings: Laurent Lurette, Joseph Lurette, Gordon Lurette, Ernestine Lurette, Agnes Lurette, Rose Aimee Lurette and Marielle Lurette.
To honor Conrad’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held on Sunday November 3rd, 2024 at the residence of 171 Bahama Street, Dieppe, NB between 11am to 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated, to support the long history of heart disease in Conrad’s Family. (click on this link to donate online) www.heartandstrokenb.ca/donate
