Harvey’s Melody
In the quiet moments of twilight’s embrace.
Harvey’s spirit shines with such grace.
A heart so kind, in every way,
To those in need, he welcomed their stay.
With fingers that danced on strings and keys,
He played life’s notes with effortless ease.
Each melody a whisper, a song from the heart,
A testament to the joy that he would impart.
Beside him stood Olive, his loving wife,
A partner in music, in love, in life.
Her smile, a harmony, soft and sweet,
Together, their hearts would always beat.
Through every high note and every low,
Their love, a duet, continued to grow.
Olive’s strength, unwavering and kind,
In her embrace, he found peace of mind.
As the final notes begin to fade,
We cherish the memories we’ve all made.
Harvey’s legacy, a song in our hearts,
A timeless tune, as he departs.
Though the stage may dim, and the music cease,
Shared memories will give us a sense of peace.
We anxiously await what the future will bring,
A joyous reunion where all will sing.
