Lionel Chabot
1941-2024
Thursday, January 18th, 2024, at the
Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 82, passed away Mr.
Lionel Chabot of Blair Athol, husband of Mrs. Argentine (born Carrier)
Chabot. He was the son of the late Williamine (born Parent) and the
late James Chabot.
Besides his wife Argentine, he will be sadly missed by his
children: Rachel (Théophile Mercier) of Val
d’Amour, Suzanne (Fernand Ouellette) of Blair Athol and
Carole (Stephane Roy) of Irishtown; his grandchildren:
Marc-André, Myriam, Mathieu and Clodie; hid 5great
grandchildren; his sisters and brothers : Lorraine, Anita,
Marielle, Corinne, Fernand, Lina, Luc, Marc and Sylvie and also by
many members of the family, nieces, nephews, and
friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Alfred and
Claude, his son-in-law Joël LeBlanc.
Funeral mass will be held in the St-Benoit Church, Balmoral,
on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, at 2:00 pm.
Respecting Mr. Lionel Chabot’s wishes, there will be no
visitation at the funeral home. A donation to the Tree of Hope
Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
