Corena (Cora) LaPointe
March 29th, 1936 – January 13th, 2024
Passed away at the Villa Renaissance on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at the age of 87, Mrs. Corena (Cora) LaPointe of Dalhousie and formerly of New Mills, wife of the late Lazare LaPointe.
Cora was born on March 29th, 1936 to the late Stella (Gallant) Firlotte and the late Howard Firlotte.
Cora had many siblings consisting of 4 brothers and 15 sisters.
Corena is survived by daughter Karen (David) Adams of Dalhousie, sons; Wade (Karen) LaPointe of Charlo, Wayne (Linda) LaPointe of New Mills, Michael (Debbie) LaPointe of New Mills, Blair LaPointe of Benjamin River, Jarvis (Claudette) LaPointe of Bathurst, Carl (Judy) LaPointe of Charlo as well as 17 grand children and several great grand children.
Besides her parents she was pre deceased by her husband Lazare and son Barry.
The Family would like to thank the Villa Renaissance (A Wing) for the excellent care and compassion given to our mom.
Mom you will be missed by all, but your memory will live on in us all forever and we will miss you more than words can say.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Our Lady of the Visitation Church, Benjamin River, N.B. In the care of
