On Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 1:40 in the the morning with heavy hearts we announce that our mom Pauline Lavallee, Garrs/Gonzie and Great Garrs/Gonzie, passed away peacefully in her sleep.at the tender age of 87.
She was predeceased by her husband Marcel 1986 her son Vincent 1997, and son Ernest (Poshe) 2020. Her parents Elizabeth and William Nabess, little sister Darlene, and brothers, Emile, Ovide, Andrew .
Mom was was born in Cormorant Lake, Manitoba. Later on in life she met dad Marcel. They moved to Thompson, Manitoba and married and started their family together. Mom was very dedicated to to her family and always made our homes feel like home. Mom had a lot of good friends through her life and she was namesake to about 3 of them.I remember some of her friends, Rowland, Violet, Marie, Olive, Margaret, Lillian and so many more.
Mom is survived by her children Jody, Jamie (Michelle) Curtis (Ursula) and Kelsey. Her grandchildren Dustin (Jessica) Chaunt.

Her Greatgrandchild,Kaiden, Jayden, Jackson, Jersey, Caleigha, Javien, Nicole, Briella, Kaycee, Aryanna, Maliya and Madden. And grandchildren Maxine, Laura, Kelsey, Callie and Char …As well, as her sisters Cindy and Laverne, and brothers Archie, Marvin, Willie, Garry (Wanda), Rene (Val), Minnow and Kenny. As well as so many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for mom will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 am at Bardal Funeral Home at 843 Sherbrook Street, I sincerely appreciate your professionalism. Lunch to follow. Intermit will be at 1:00 PM at Brookside Cemetary where she’ll be place with her son Vincent Nabess-Lavallee.
Also from me and my brothers a big thank you to Calvary Place, who took care of our mom as if she was their mother. They all loved my mom’s wit. So much gratitude from her children, Jody, Jamie, Curtis and Kelsey.
Thank you for attending her Celebration of life and her journey. All that traveled from out of town and many respectful family and friends, it was a wonderful service. I thank all who shared memories of her and I know there are so many memories that we could have all shared.
