With great sadness, we would like to announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and friend, Darlene Spence St. Paul, born December 25,1957. She passed peacefully at the age of 66 at St. Boniface Hospital, May 29, 2024, surrounded by her children, grandchildren and loved ones.
She leaves her beautiful memory and cherished children, Christina (Marcus), Nicholas (Nora), Allan, Joseph, John (Janice), Noreen, Doreen, Peter, William (Samantha); Darlene’s pride and joy her beloved grandchildren that she sadly leaves behind and her two-great grandchildren, Faith, Samara, Joshua, Jordin, Kiesha, Hailey, Nikita, Odyssey, Iris, Caleb, Stephen, Jazilynne, JJ, Rayden, Maddie, Karma, Carter, Joey Junior the third, Jordan and Julietta, Isabella, Sophya, Terry, Sarah and Hailey; her brothers, Allan (Rita) and Larry and sisters, Mary Roulette and Susan (Larry), Jimar (Kelly). Predeceased by parents, Lloyd and Grace St. Paul; grandparents, Alexander and Veronique St. Paul, Andrew and Lena Spence; brothers, Christopher, Jerry and Virgil; nieces, Danielle, Spence-Chartrand and Robin and Marvin Roulette.
Service will be held at the Aboriginal Funeral Home, Friday, June 7, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba. The wake service to be held in Ebb & Flow First Nation Recreation complex on Saturday, June 8 until Sunday, June 9. Funeral with feast to follow Monday, June 10, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ebb & Flow Recreation Complex.
