Agnes Marie Therese Frechette
May 3, 1946 – June 17, 2024
It is with great sadness; the family announces the passing of Agnes. At age 78, Agnes passed away peacefully.
Agnes will be lovingly missed by her children Ron, Carole, Lisa, Dan (Laurel) and her brothers and sisters and many other family and friends.
Agnes was raised in St. Malo and married Jules in 1965. They moved to many places and settled in Pinawa in the late 70’s.
Agnes was a very talented artist and started her business in her 50’s called Agnes Frechette Designs. Agnes won Small Business of the Year in 2003 and was featured ‘On the Road Again’ and APTN.
Agnes taught classes on how to make Mukluks, Mitts, and Moccasins and also made many beautiful creations with leather and fur.
Agnes loved dancing, sewing, and creating and she was a loving and caring mother and she will be missed by many.
