We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Andrew Benson Rushton on February 24, 2024 at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre in Moosomin, Sask. in his 87th year.
He leaves to mourn his wife of 57 years, Wylda Rushton; daughter Shelby; and son Devin, along with his grandchildren Paige and Maya; his sisters-in law Bev Rushton and Merla (Len) Suski; and his many nieces and nephews.
Ben was born to Jack and Alice Rushton on the Rushton farm on April 26, 1937. He was the 5th of 6 children born to Jack and Alice (Betty Elmes, Freda Ault, John Rushton, Jean Grainger, Bill Rushton).
He was predeceased by his parents, his five siblings, niece Pam Ault, great-nephew Riley Grainger, and parents-in-law Gerry and Thelma Rowat.
A funeral will be held with a date forthcoming.
