Larrette Thomas Obituary
Larrette Joyce Thomas
Feb. 8, 1937 – Feb. 6, 2024
How lucky we are to have loved someone that makes saying goodbye to so hard. You live on in our hearts forever, a beautiful soul whose amazing life touched so many.
Mum passed peacefully with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Sam and Jessie Ateah of Victoria Beach, MB; her sister Dale, and her daughter, Dawn’s twin sister, Lillian Deanne.
Celebrating her life is her twin brother Larry (Diana) Ateah and her brother-in-law, Owen (Lillian) Griffith, as well as her children, Dawn (Ray), Heather [Kobi], and Randy (Onale); her grandchildren Scott (Lacey), Nicholas (Angela), Brenden (Kriselle), Alissa (Ben), Colton and Liam; and great-grandchildren Warren, Everett and Lennox – Grammie loved you all.
A celebration of life will take place in Victoria Beach this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the East Beaches Social Scene.
A big thank you to the staff at Red River Place for their tender and compassionate care, and to Gilbert Funeral Home, Selkirk, MB
