Christopher Enns Obituary
Christopher Yoshio Sterling Enns
Christopher Yoshio Sterling Enns, born on December 8, 1977, at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba, suddenly passed away on July 3, 2024.
Chris led a life filled with passion and dedication. He loved listening to music especially rap and techno, just not country. As a child he enjoyed skateboarding and playing hockey. Chris graduated from Oak Park High School. He was a very hardworking perfectionist and always wanted the job well done. He worked for Precision Drilling and Arnason before venturing into entrepreneurship at Lakeside Plumbing with Chris and Landon Logan.
Chris leaves behind a legacy cherished by many. He was a beloved husband to Izabel Enns for 15 years. Chris was the most loving dad to Braxton Enns and her son (his grandson) Hendrix and a caring stepfather to Madison Weiss and Preston Weiss. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family.
Chris was a loyal friend to Kevin Hunter, Dean Kaltchev, Dave Milner and Dan Grubernachuk and many others sharing countless memories and experiences. He was predeceased by his father, Isaac Enns; leaving behind his mother, Shirley Enns; sisters Kelly Enns and Nikki Todd (brother-in-law Tony Todd, nephew Kaelum Todd); half brothers Fred (Bev) and Patrick (Karilynn) Enns; half sisters Trudy Foy, Janet (Doug) Einarson and Heather White.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, MB.
May Chris’ spirit continue to inspire those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be established for his grandson, Hendrix. Contributions can be made via e-transfer to Braxton Enns at braxtonenns32@gmail.com
