Obituary of Reynold Marvin Reimer
Reynold Marvin Reimer, born July 28, 1950, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away at the Health Science Centre in Winnipeg on July 6, 2024.
He graduated from Red River College, where he studied carpentry, and later pursued a career as a long-haul truck driver.
Throughout his life, Reynold enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including woodworking, fishing, welding, hockey, scuba diving, golf, hunting, gardening, and fabricating. His passion for these activities brought joy to those around him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie (Scott); his children and grandchildren, Jennifer Goodyear/Cori Chambers (Teagan, Rainnie, Rayleigh), Wendell/Tanya Reimer (Phoebe/Myles, Shaune/Audrey), Scott/Shannon Reimer (Odin, Madilyn, Atticus), Anita Reimer, Karyn Reimer/Trevor Tessier (Tucker); and his brothers, sisters and their families, Lloyd, Leona, John, and Will.
Reynold was preceded in death by his daughter, Bonnie Dean; his brothers, Norman and Fred; his sisters, Rosella and Florence; and his parents, Levi and Annie (Plett) Reimer.
A celebration of life for friends and family will be held July 25, 2024 at Reston, Memorial Park in Reston, Manitoba at 11:00am with a picnic style lunch to follow.
Please feel free to bring snacks and memories to share. Please bring your own seating as none will be provided.
