With great sadness the family of Teenie De Wildt announces her passing on Feb 2/24. She passed away peacefully with family by her side. Tennie is predeceased by her parents, siblings and her husband Henirch De Wildt. Left to cherish her memory is her sister Annie, Brother Dik, son Willy (Betty), daughter Janna. Her grandchildren Jen (Shane), Allison (John), Trevor (Gina), Kelcie (Kolby) and Harlan. She also leaves behind 3 great- grandchildren Dylan, Azalea and Olson
She was born in Apeldoorn in 1932 to a family of 10. She moved to Canada in 1955 to Montreal. She then moved to Winnipeg for a job. Here she met her husband on a blind date at the Dutch Club. They were married Jan 23 1957. They lived in Winnipeg until they decided to retire to a quiter life in Lac du Bonnet
Oma loved life. She was a huge sports fan, loved her Bombers. She enjoyed biking, shopping, reading. She was involved with her church and choir for many years. You could always find her outside on the patio with a cup of tea always welcoming company.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
