The death occurred at the Halifax Infirmary on Friday,
November 1, 2024 of Carmel Reilly of Mill River aged 79, beloved wife
of Basil Reilly. Carmel was born in O’Leary on October 3, 1945,
daughter of the late Dorice and Clara (Arsenault)
Gallant.
Cherished mom to Kyle (Kim), Duvar; Carter (Janelle Hancock),
Belmont Lot 16; Curtis (Kelly), Belmont Lot 16 and Morgan (Crystal),
Montrose. Loving grammy to Courtney, Josh, Lily, Madelyn, Jack, Nixon,
Raye, Addison, Jorja and Quinn.
Dear sister to Audrey Pineau, Bloomfield and special aunt to
numerous nieces and nephews.
Carmel was predeceased by her parents, grandson Ethan,
brothers Desmond (Hazel), Winston (Mary), Terrance (Carole) and
brother in law Reginald Pineau.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary with
completed arrangements to be announced.
