The death occurred suddenly on Saturday, December 16, 2023 of John Eric “Jackie” Phelan, aged 73, of Charlottetown, formerly of Green Meadows. Jackie is survived by brothers, Gary (Cora) and Paul (Kathy), all of PEI; brother-in-law, Bryan Bryson of Flin Flon, Manitoba; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, George and Mary Phelan; brothers, Kevin and Mervin; sister, Anne Marie Phelan-Bryson; and sister-in-law, Marlene Phelan. There will be no visitation upon personal request. Interment will take place later at St. Lawrence O’Toole Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Green Meadows. Online condolences may be made by emailing northshorefh02@gmail.com.
