At the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Friday, July 19, 2024,
of Albert Joseph (Al) Gallant of Parkview Ave. O’Leary, aged 85
years. Born in Piusville, P.E.I on June 4, 1939, he was the
son of the late Frederick and Helen (nee LeBlanc) Gallant. He is
survivied by his siblings Wendell (Cathy) Gallant of Coleman, Kenneth
(Late Ellen) Gallant of O’Leary and Lawrence (Pia) Gallant of
Toronto. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and
by his many friends and aquaintances. He was predeceased by
siblings, Marilyn Killam, Beatrice Blanchard and Frederick
Gallant. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home
& Chapel Alberton. Visiting hours Wednesday July 24,
from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral on Thursday
morning from St. Anthony’s Church Woodstock, P.E.I for funeral mass at
10:30 am. Rev. Walter Flynn celebrant. Interment in
St.Anthony’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy,
memorials to St. Anthony’s Cemetery Fund would be gratefully
appreciated.
