Eleanor Carroll, wife, mother, grandmother and great – grandmother passed away at the age of 105 years on September 6th, 2024. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Edward, daughter Carol, sons Micheal, Kevin (Jacqueline), and Christopher (Elaine); 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Magdalena.
Eleanor and Edward were devoted to each other for 72 years. She excelled in providing a welcoming home for more than just their own children. She was lovingly referred to as mom by many that knew her. She was addressed as Momma Ellie by the loving staff at Elim Village, through the last 8 years of her life.
A Memorial Service will be held on September 27th, 2024, at 10:30 am at the Oasis Centre in Elim Village 9045 160th Street, Surrey B.C.
In honour of mom, donations may be made to the B.C. Children’s Hospital in Vancouver.
